Before moving into mediation and consulting, Libby worked extensively across film and media production in the UK and internationally, and for more than a decade managed operations within an international seven-figure e-commerce business — giving her a grounded understanding of the realities faced by SMEs, founders and growing organisations.
Trained through the International Mediation Institute (IMI) and Civil Mediation Council (CMC), with additional Workplace Mediation conversion training. Currently undertaking an MA Law conversion with SQE1 at The University of Law.
