Film, television and the creative industries

Before moving into mediation, Libby worked extensively across film and media production in the UK and internationally. Her roles included Production Manager, Production Coordinator, Producer's Assistant and Post-Production Supervisor on feature films and independent productions, including Incendiary, Joe Strummer: The Future Is Unwritten and The Proposition. That experience gives her a practical understanding of the environments in which creative-sector disputes arise: demanding deadlines, financial pressures, contractual expectations, changing priorities, strong personalities, freelance relationships and teams that still need to deliver while conflict is unfolding. Libby understands that disputes in film, television and creative businesses are rarely confined to a single issue. Commercial pressures, reputation, relationships, future projects and personal dynamics can quickly become interconnected. Her approach is calm, structured and commercially grounded, helping parties identify what is really driving the disagreement and work towards practical outcomes.

SMEs, founders and international business

For more than a decade, Libby managed operations within an international seven-figure e-commerce business, overseeing supplier relationships, customer operations, logistics, remote teams, digital marketing coordination, product development and operational problem-solving across multiple countries and time zones. This gives her a strong understanding of the realities faced by SMEs, business owners, founders and growing organisations, where unresolved conflict can consume management time, disrupt teams, damage important relationships and affect commercial performance.
